Dan and Dena Clorenson, who have lived in Chancey for 7 years, since their oldest, Sheena, was born, have made headlines again. Just last week the couple had 7 kids. Yesterday, by 4:40 pm, the family had 10. Not only is this a very large amount of kids, who happen to be all girls, but the youngest three Clorensons are triplets! Christa Anne was born at 4:32 pm yesterday, November 12. Carrie Marissa came next, at 4:34, and lastly, Jena Claire entered the world at 4:39. All three are very healthy and happy. Dena and the three newest additions to the family should be home tomorrow, where the remaining 7 kids will be waiting to see their new sisters. Sheena, who was just a baby herself 7 years ago ("They really do grow up fast! In just a blink Sheena will be 17!" Dena said), gave us her opinion: "I think it's great that we have some new sisters! Next year maybe they'll be big enough to play teaset with us!" Zela, a spunky 1-year-old, also told us, "I a big sis?" Which draws another question to mind: Will Christa, Carrie, and Jena get to be big sisters too? "We don't know," Dan says. "Ten is a good number. We might stick with it." "But then again, that would ruin our reputation of having a kid a year," Dena says. "And once you've skipped a year, you can't go back, even if you change your mind. We're thinking it would be nice to have another." "Let's just keep ourselves busy with these three for now!" Dan laughs. Dena chuckles and smooths baby Christa's hair. "So precious," she sighs. One thing's for sure: these kids are growing up in a very loving household. And another thing's for certain: all 10 of these kids will be successful. Good parents like Dan and Dena really make an impact.
